Changes between portrait and landscape orientation are not possible after the painting is completed.

About Your Order

All communication regarding transactions will be conducted via the chat feature located at the bottom right of this website or through the email address provided at the time of your order.
After you place an order, we may contact you at the email address provided during your order for notifications or to confirm details.

About shipping

Although not pictured, the painting will be shipped with a temporary frame (a frame without an acrylic pane). If you would like a permanent frame (one with an acrylic pane), we will provide a separate quote.
After confirming your payment, we will begin production and typically ship the completed work within two weeks (production time + 2 weeks).
Shipping for custom orders is free.
Please note that there may be slight delays during Obon, Golden Week, and New Year holidays. Additionally, shipping may be delayed if there is a high volume of orders.
When shipping internationally, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The copyright of this work belongs to the artist, Yoshie Moriuchi. Copyright will not be transferred upon commission or purchase.
